Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are inspected, packed and shipped in the order received once payment is confirmed. A tracking number is sent to the email address on your order once it ships. Pre-order items or items with a stated ship date are shipped per the schedule shown on the product page.
2. Regions, Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Thresholds
Shipping cost and the free-shipping threshold are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country:

We currently do not ship to countries or regions not listed above.
3. Carriers
Orders are shipped via domestic or international couriers; the specific carrier used depends on the destination country and fulfillment location.
4. Customs & Import Taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside South Korea, any customs duties, import VAT, or other charges levied by the destination country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer) (DDU). Customs clearance may delay delivery.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you can check the tracking number and delivery status on your order page and in the shipping confirmation email.
